Privacy Policy

• Your account. Email address, the name you choose to display, and either an encrypted password or a Google sign-in identifier. We never see or store your Google password.
• The people you save. Full birth names, chosen or common names, dates of birth, relationship labels, and any notes you write. These are the numbers the app is built to calculate, and you decide who to add.
• Your readings and questions. Saved readings, forecasts, group and relationship insights, and the questions you ask SKY.
• Sharing activity. Shared report links, connection requests, and who has access to which profile.
• Subscription status. Whether you are on Free, a trial, or Plus, your renewal date, and an identifier from our payment processor. Card numbers and security codes go directly to Stripe, they never reach SKY’s servers and we never store them.
• Technical basics. Sign-in session data stored in your browser or app, your chosen time zone, and error logs used to keep the service working.

• To calculate your numbers and produce the readings you ask for.
• To keep you signed in and keep your saved information private to your account.
• To send the emails you opt into, such as SKY Morning and Birthday Outlooks.
• To process subscriptions and send billing confirmations.
• To detect abuse, apply plan allowances, and improve reliability.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.

These providers handle data on our behalf, under their own security commitments:

• Supabase, database, sign-in and account storage.
• Stripe, subscription payments, billing portal and receipts.
• OpenAI, via the Lovable AI gateway, generating written interpretations and Ask SKY answers. Content sent for a reading is not used to train public AI models.
• Our transactional email provider, account emails, sharing notifications and the newsletters you opt into.
• Cloudflare, hosting and delivery of the website and app.

When you save someone else, you are responsible for having a reasonable basis to do so. Saved profiles are private to your account unless you deliberately share a report or grant access. Anyone can ask us to remove their details by writing to hello@skynumerology.com.

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, saved people, readings, questions, shares and preferences are permanently removed from our database. Limited billing records are retained by Stripe where tax and accounting law requires it.

• Turn individual emails on or off at any time in Settings.
• Edit or delete any saved person from your People list.
• Revoke a shared report or a connection whenever you like.
• Delete your entire account from Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request a copy of your information or ask us to correct it, write to us and we will help.

Data is encrypted in transit, and access rules in the database restrict every record to the account that owns it. No system is perfect, so please use a strong, unique password.

SKY Numerology is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. Adults may save a child’s details for parenting insights within their own private account.
