Terms of Service

SKY Numerology produces reflective numerology insights using the Scarlett Method. It is offered for personal interest, reflection and entertainment.

SKY Numerology does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice, and nothing in a reading is a prediction or a guarantee. Always seek a qualified professional for decisions about your health, finances, relationships or legal affairs.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account. Keep your sign-in details secure, you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and only save details about other people where you have a reasonable basis to do so.

New members receive 14 days of SKY Plus at no cost, starting when you add your own profile. No card is required, and the trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own. When it ends your account continues on SKY Free, and everything you saved stays in your account.

• SKY Plus is available at $6.99/month or $49/year, charged through Stripe in US dollars.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same interval until you cancel. You authorise that renewal when you subscribe.
• You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Plus until then.
• If a payment fails, we keep your access open for 14 days while you update your card. After that the account returns to SKY Free.
• Charges are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
• Prices may change in the future. Existing subscribers are told before a change affects their renewal.

SKY Plus is not unlimited. Each month it includes up to 25 saved profiles, 100 Ask SKY answers and 30 long-form reports. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over. We may apply reasonable limits to prevent abuse or automated use of the service.

We sometimes grant complimentary or time-limited tester access to SKY Plus. That access involves no payment, does not renew, and can be ended by us at any time. When it ends the account returns to SKY Free with all saved data intact.

The names, dates and notes you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to process them so the service can generate your readings. The app itself, the Scarlett Method materials, written interpretations, design and branding remain ours; please do not copy, resell or republish them.

Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service, work around plan limits, resell access, upload unlawful content, or use SKY to harass or profile someone in a way that causes them harm.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent: your profile, saved people, readings, questions, shares and preferences are removed. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time so you are not charged again.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we are able to.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
